Founded over 30 years ago, the Great Place to Work award has established itself as a globally recognized seal of excellence. In an exciting ceremony, Phytobiotics Brasil was awarded two different prizes, standing out significantly among the Best in Agribusiness, with 2nd place in the ranking of small companies - a remarkable advance of 7 positions on the previous year.
Last year, Brazil's agribusiness GDP was R$2.58 trillion and accounted for 23.8% of the country's total GDP. For this reason, the 6th edition of the Agribusiness Ranking represented a significant milestone in Phytobiotics Brasil's journey, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to valuing the entire chain of the sector.
The second award received was the Outstanding Achievement in Mental Health, a reflection of the company's commitment to promoting a positive organizational culture, a healthy and supportive work environment, where the well-being of employees is a constant priority.
