To celebrate the extraordinary achievements and resilience of the Phytobiotics sales team, this year’s recognition took on a special form: the Hermann Roth Awards. This award pays homage to the visionary founder of Phytobiotics, Dr. Hermann Roth, whose entrepreneurial spirit and dedication transformed an idea into a global success story.
Dr. Roth is known for his simplicity, humility, and genuine joy in connecting with people. His leadership continues to inspire generations, making him a perfect symbol for this prestigious honor. The Hermann Roth Awards celebrate his legacy while acknowledging the innovative spirit of the sales and technical teams who uphold his values.
The LATAM 2024 Convention
At the Phytobiotics LATAM 2024 Convention, members of the technical and commercial teams were invited to present successful case studies from the past year. These 15-minute presentations, followed by a 5-minute discussion, were evaluated anonymously based on five criteria:

Three outstanding individuals were recognized for their exceptional contributions:

The top honor went to Philipe Anibal Leão,
Poultry Commercial Technical Manager for Brazil’s southeast, north, and northeast regions. Reflecting on his achievement, Philipe shared:
“The feeling I have within Phytobiotics is that we are all moving towards the same goal. Teamwork is the essence of sales success. While one person can open doors, it’s collaboration, the exchange of ideas, and mutual support that truly make the difference. A strong team is like a gear: each piece has its fundamental role, and together, they move a powerful machine.”
Additionally, the Dr. Hermann Roth Agro Awards recognized the Vert team for excellence in plant nutrition. The honor went to Paulo Roberto Ribeiro da Silva Filho, Technical Commercial Manager for São Paulo and Minas Gerais
