Dr. Krzysztof Bialon and Dr. Hermann Roth have decided on a partnership in one of Europe’s key regions for animal husbandry. Starting in 2025, the two companies will combine their efforts to deliver a balanced and innovative product range to the industry.
“I am thrilled about this new venture with a respected player like Phytobiotics. I have known Phytobiotics for over 15 years from my time with their distributor. When the opportunity for this new company arose, I eagerly took the chance,” remarks Dr. Bialon.
The joint venture, named Phytobiotics CEE Sp. z o.o., will be headquartered in Poznań, Poland. From this regional hub, Phytobiotics will cater to customers in Poland and the Baltic states, with plans to gradually expand into other countries in the region.
“We are very excited about this new business collaboration with Krzysztof, whom we have known for many years. We believe in the market potential of the region and are confident that Krzysztof and his team will meet the challenge,” states Dr. Hermann Roth, CEO and founder of the Phytobiotics group of companies.
From the outset, both companies will be equal partners in the newly formed entity and will integrate their product portfolios. “This collaboration allows us to combine Feed Expert’s well-established products with Phytobiotics’ latest innovations,” explains Kurt Wegleitner, General Manager at Phytobiotics, regarding the offerings of Phytobiotics CEE.
The company is set to commence operations in early 2025, coinciding with the 25th anniversary of Phytobiotics Futterzusatzstoffe GmbH.
